RIDGE'S PAYMENT PORTAL OPTION IS NOW AVAILABLE
You can now pay your Ridge Utilities, Inc., water bill through our new software by clicking the box below. Payment methods accepted are credit/debit card and check.
To toggle back and forth with Blue Ridge Property Owners Association and Ridge Utilities invoices, you can select the drop-down in the top right corner.
Leak Detection
Ridge Utilities Inc. is responsible for all repairs to leaks in water lines up to and including the connection of our water meter
WATER METER DISCONNECTS
Water meter disconnects will take place on the 2nd Monday after the due date for the quarter. There is a $50 reconnect fee. Should you be in need of an extension please contact our office at (540) 967-1408. Each quarter bill is $142.00.
1st Qtr. Due by 04/30/25 Disconnects are 05/15/25
2nd Qtr. Due by 07/31/25 Disconnects are 08/15/25
3rd Qtr. Due by 10/31/25 Disconnects are 11/15/25
4th Qtr. Due by 01/31/26 Disconnects are 02/15/26
NEXT RIDGE UTILITIES BOARD MEETING:
- April 19th
- July 19th
- September 20th
- November 15th at 9:00 a.m. in the office or you can attend virtually.
